济南大学教授、泰山学者青年专家，长期致力于海工特种工程材料、固废建材资源化利用、超高性能混凝土及其制品等方面的研究工作，海工硫铝酸盐水泥相关成果被同行专家认定为总体达到国际先进，部分达到国际领先水平，并被编入专著；主导新建/技改生产线4条，成果辐射山东、浙江、深圳、广西等地区，应用于5项重要海工工程。获中国产学研合作促进会创新个人奖，参与获山东省科学技术进步二等奖等省部级奖励3项。主持国家重点研发计划“科技助力经济2020”重点专项课题、国家重点研发计划项目子课题、国家自然科学基金面上和青年基金、山东省自然科学基金和企业委托项目等14项。发表SCI等高水平期刊论文60余篇，出版专著章节2章，授权发明专利、软件著作权12项，参与编制国标、行标各1项。
