Jin Zhou received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 1998 and 2001, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Macau, Macau, China, in 2014, all in software engineering.
He is currently a Professor with the Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Network Based Intel-ligent Computing, University of Jinan. His current research interests include intelligent transportation systems, machine learning techniques, and their ap-plications.
Prof. Zhou has taken part in many international conferences as the Work-shop/Special Session Chair.
