智能材料与未来能源学院(SMAFE)成立于2026年,是安徽师范大学面向国家"新工科"建设设立的新型交叉学科工程学院。
实验室由讲座教授Mark H. Rümmeli(马克·吕梅利)领衔,正在建设具有国际合作网络的先进电子显微学平台,支撑智能材料、传感技术、未来能源与先进制造等方向的研究。

基本要求
· 材料科学、物理、化学、工程或相关专业博士学位
· 具备独立操作FEG-SEM的实践经验
· 较强的动手实验能力
· 良好的论文发表记录
· 具备中英文专业沟通能力
有FIB-SEM实际操作经验者优先。

The School of Smart Materials and Future Energy (SMAFE), established in 2026, is Anhui Normal University's new interdisciplinary engineering school supporting China's New Engineering initiative.
Led by Distinguished Chair Professor Mark H. Rümmeli, the Distinguished Chair Research Laboratory is establishing an internationally connected Advanced Electron Microscopy Platform to support research in smart materials, sensing technologies, future energy and advanced manufacturing.

Research Areas
Research is being developed in:
· Advanced electron microscopy (FEG-SEM/FIB-SEM)
· Electron- and ion-beam processing
· Smart sensing technologies
· Batteries and future energy materials
· AI-assisted microscopy and automation
· Beam-assisted device fabrication
· Advanced functional materials
Researchers will be encouraged to develop their own specialist research direction within the Distinguished Chair Research Laboratory.
Position Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
· Help establish and develop the Advanced Electron Microscopy Platform.
· Conduct internationally competitive research.
· Develop new microscopy methods and applications.
· Train students and researchers.
· Contribute to teaching and student supervision.
· Develop collaborative research projects and funding proposals.
Candidate Profile
We particularly welcome applications from:
· Outstanding recent or early-career PhD graduates.
· PhD-qualified researchers from commercial microscopy laboratories or industrial R&D.
· Chinese researchers currently working overseas.
Essential Requirements
· PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering or related discipline.
· Independent hands-on experience operating a FEG-SEM.
· Strong practical experimental skills.
· Good publication record.
· Professional communication skills in Chinese and English.
Hands-on FIB-SEM experience is strongly preferred.
